that privacy online is important to users of the Internet, especially
when conducting business online. Therefore, in 2008, I felt the time
had come in my online existence to establish for the public what my
policies and terms were for specific situation.
While researching this concept I came across
some lengthy web pages of such small print I felt I needed to
get my magnifying glass out. There was so much mumble jumble and
legalism that I didn’t understand what the website was proclaiming.
I
made the decision that I did not want that for myself. I needed
to be able to understand my own policies and procedures…
hence you will find this page is written in plain English. I just
want you to understand what I’m about.

always offer the opportunity to "opt out"
of receiving information or being contacted by us
or by any agency acting on our behalf.

only after I am confident that the how they use the
personal information provided to them from my Visitors
and my Customers meets my standards or above. Some
of these third parties may be intermediaries that
act solely as links in the distribution chain, and
do not store, retain, or use the information given
to them.

of my associates and employees are familiar with my
privacy policy and security practices. The Personal
Information of Visitors and Customers is only accessible
to a limited number of qualified employees who are
given a password in order to gain access to the information.
Whenever sens
itive information such as financial or health information
is required, the Site will redirect the Visitor or
Customer to a secure server. Thus, the Site does not
collect sensitive information, such as credit card
numbers or social security numbers as the Site only
uses third party payment processes (such as PayPal)
that have agreed to protect my Customer’s sensitive
information by encryption protocols.
I
take all possible reasonable measures to have my Sites
hosted and maintained by reputable hosting company
that offer me a secure server for my site, electronic
communications and databases are subject to errors,
tampering and break-ins, and I cannot guarantee or
warrant that such events will not take place and we
will not be liable to Visitors or Customers for any
such occurrences. |

Policy |
The
Site contains links to other web sites. Please note
that when you click on one of these links, you are
moving to another web site. I do not control how or
what these sites do or promote, thus I encourage you
to read the privacy statements of these linked sites
as their privacy policies may differ from ours.

Policy |
For
each Visitor to any page of the Site, the web server
automatically recognizes the Visitors ISP and the
date and time of their visit but no other information
regarding their domain or e-mail address.
Personal
Information is collected only when the Visitor completes
a form on the Site and voluntarily provides it.
The
information we collect is used to notify consumers
about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact
consumers for marketing purposes.

are used for a variety of reasons. The Site uses Cookies
to obtain information about the preferences of the
Visitors and the services they select. The Site also

Site may automatically log the Customer off.
